Beginner Program

Students learn basic Qigong sets and the first part of the Tai Chi form.

Intermediate Program

At this level, students work on the second part of the form. This part is a little bit more physically demanding,  as students have developed the coordination, flexibility, and stamina to do this. (Note: Modifications are made for anyone who has physical limitations or difficulties.)

The history and philosophy of Tai Chi Chuan are introduced at this level. Also, different Qi Gong sets are taught, some of which are more physically strenuous.

Advanced Program

In this program, the students learn the final (third) part of the Tai Chi form. Once the basic movements have been learned, students continue to learn the more subtle aspects of the form and its movements. The beauty of Tai Chi is that you continue to learn and refine the form, throughout your life.

Advanced Qi Gong sets are taught, and emphasis is placed on directing the chi for self-healing and emitting it for the healing of others.

Note: There are only group classes available. The instructor does not live in the Grimsby area and commutes.
