* Qi Gong set

What to wear and bring to class?

1) Students should wear loose, comfortable clothing. There is no uniform

     required.

2) Students are asked not to wear outdoor shoes in the classroom to keep the

     floor clean. Indoor shoes, slippers, or going barefoot are acceptable.

3) Students may bring a mat, towel or blanket to sit and lie on during the floor
